Shipping Policy, Rates, and Transit Time

We ship internationally, currently to 20 countries from our main warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand. We process orders the same day from Monday to Saturday and dispatch them within the following 48 hours.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:
International orders are subject to local Import Taxes and Import Duties calculated and collected by the local Customs Department upon arrival. When ordering from Native Essentials, the recipient is 100% responsible for any of these import fees. As Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we cannot predict your charges, we suggest contacting your local Customs office for more details.
If applicable, the recipient must pay Import Duties and VAT/GST once the goods have arrived. The designated courier will notify the amount to pay and how to pay before clearing the goods.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you wish to amend your order, you may do so by e-mail to customerservice@nativessentials.com as soon as possible. Anything can be amended before the courier picks up your order.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges but we can issue a refund, excluding shipping charges, if we establish that the product you have purchased from us has caused a skin reaction.

Please get in touch by email within 15 days of receiving the order at customerservice@nativessentials.com or message us.

While we are not responsible for damages caused during the shipping, if we establish that our packaging was faulty, we will replace the item for free within 48 hours. Please get in touch with us at customerservice@nativessentials.com or by message within two days of the package receipt, including pictures. exclusively online.
