Fir silver (Abies alba) essential oil benefits

HOW TO USE
Burn or diffuse 3-4 drops to support and disinfect the respiratory system
Add 3-4 drops every 5 ml of a carrier and rub on the chest for respiratory complaints or for muscular pain
