While we cannot accept returns or exchanges, we offer a 15-day from purchase date money-back guarantee for online purchases*.

Safe skincare satisfaction - guaranteed*: if we establish that the product you have purchased from us has caused a skin reaction, we'll either help you find a better match for your skin or give you a full refund (excluding shipping). Just let us know within 15 days of receiving the product. *Money-back guarantee applies only if our product, correctly applied, causes an unexpected skin reaction in healthy skin with no pre-existing conditions or sensitivity. Documentation is required within 15 days of receipt of the order.

Shipping Damages: While we are not responsible for damages caused during the shipping, if we establish that our packaging was faulty, we will replace the item for free within 48 hours.
